These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CAS Verified website at casverified.com and the service coordination provided by Client Automotive Solutions LLC ("CAS Verified," "we," "us," or "our"). By requesting service or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
CAS Verified is an automotive concierge and coordination service. We help clients find a suitable independent automotive service provider and coordinate scheduling, provider communication, and updates. We are not an automotive repair shop, mechanic, or service provider. We do not diagnose vehicles, recommend repairs, perform repairs, or approve work on your behalf. Qualified independent providers diagnose vehicles and recommend repairs.
Vehicle pickup and return is not currently available. CAS Verified does not currently take possession of, drive, or transport client vehicles. Additional terms will be published before any pickup or return service is offered.
CAS Verified coordinates services through independent third-party automotive providers. Providers are independent businesses responsible for their own services, estimates, workmanship, warranties, licensing, and insurance. CAS Verified reviews provider-supplied business, licensing, and insurance information, but does not guarantee the quality, workmanship, pricing, availability, or outcome of services performed by third-party providers. Any warranty or guarantee on automotive work is between you and the service provider directly.
CAS Verified's liability is limited to direct damages arising from our own negligence in coordinating your request. We are not liable for:

Service providers are independent businesses and are responsible for maintaining their own required licenses and insurance. Coverage may vary by provider and activity. CAS Verified does not provide insurance for services performed by third-party providers. You are encouraged to maintain your own vehicle insurance.
You may cancel or change a request by contacting us. Service providers may have their own scheduling and cancellation policies, which will be shared with you before you approve a booking. CAS Verified may cancel or reschedule a request due to provider availability or other circumstances.
Automotive service charges are paid directly to the service provider upon your approval. Any CAS Verified coordination fee will be disclosed to you before you commit. CAS Verified does not accept responsibility for disputed charges between you and a third-party provider.
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in connection with any fraudulent activity.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida.
